CATERING 

All meals are prepared fresh on board by our very own gourmet chef. Therefore, quality, taste and freshness of flavor are all guaranteed. Changes and substitutions may be made up to five days prior to the charter date. All rates, unless otherwise indicated, are on a per person basis, or a cruise with catering package rate can be designed for you. A suggested 15% gratuity and Goods & Service tax are extra.

ENTERTAINMENT 

Both the Abitibi & the Queen of Diamonds have sound systems. Background music & use of sound for speeches and/or audio-visual presentations are included.

Need a  DJ. with sound system to host a dance &/or wish to engage your guest with alternate in-house fun interactive entertainment options such as casino or green-screen photo-booth?  See our options & rates below. We can also arrange for professional musicians or karaoke. 

TICKET PRICING

If you are holding a special event and wish to have personalized ticket printing to either provide your guests event details and serve as their boarding pass, or need your event monetarily supplemented by those invited, we have an in-house ticket printing service available at a very reasonable rate. See our service rates below.. We can have have them ready for you in as  little as one working day from the date they are approved for printing. 

DECORATING 

Based upon the availability of the vessel, complimentary time can be arranged for personalized decorating. 

CRUISING ITINERARY

There are are a few scenic routes to enjoy departing from our location in False Creek, near Science World. For full details of route options & features available on a typical 3 to 4 hour cruise, please see Cruising Itineraries for details of sights by day and night. If you have a specific destination in mind that you don't see explained, please ask to see how your specific route request can be accommodated. 

Note: routes can be affected by real-time tidal and weather conditions; For the safety & comfort of you and your guests, at the Captain's discretion, there may be a  slight adjustment made to a requested route.

CRUISE BOOKING POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Booking Holds: Making a tentative booking is free of charge. We’ll hold the date open for you on a limited time basis. Should a second request transpire for the same date and time, we would require a deposit within one working day to confirm the booking. 

Booking Deposit: The booking deposit or retainer is generally one-third of the total charter rate or a flat amount of $1,500.00; This confirms your booking along with a signed charter agreement. The retainer will be applied the total balance of the charter when that comes due. If the cruise booking  is cancelled by request and the vessel can be rebooked, then the deposit is refundable (less a 10 per cent administrative charge).

Payment: Balance of the charter, catering, and a deposit on the host-bar is due two weeks prior to the charter date. A Guarantee of passenger count is required no later than five days prior to cruise. 

Performance Deposit:  A refundable damage deposit may be required, in the unlikely event of malicious damages
