For university/college club or ESL schools holding events for ages 19 years or older, this is a great package deal that will allow alcohol to be served via our licensed bar on the M.V. Abitibi. These events are for high-school grads or on events that include minors under 19 years of age with no alcohol served nor permitted.
Booking Deposit: The booking deposit or retainer is generally one-third of the total charter rate or a flat amount of $1,500.00; This confirms your booking along with a signed charter agreement. The retainer will be applied the total balance of the charter when that comes due. If the cruise booking is cancelled by request and the vessel can be rebooked, then the deposit is refundable (less a 10 per cent administrative charge).
Payment: Balance of the charter, catering, and a deposit on the host-bar is due two weeks prior to the charter date. A Guarantee of passenger count is required no later than five days prior to cruise.
Performance Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required, in the unlikely event of malicious damages
