Dessert ideas

Desserts are a nice addition to your wedding cruise package that includes a meal. Bringing your own wedding cake to be served up for dessert? A dessert order is optional.

We invite you to discuss your particular catering needs with our staff. All meals are prepared on board to ensure they are served fresh and hot.

  • All Dinner & Luncheon Menus are presented by uniformed crew. 
  • Our tables are set with table linens, cloth napkins, and decorated with a fresh flower centerpiece.
  • To ensure meals are of the finest quality & freshness, all food is prepared & cooked on board by our very own gourmet chef.


Please Note: Desserts are optional add-ons to wedding reception luncheon or dinner buffet menus. Rates quoted are per person. If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please contact us to discuss possible substitutions.

Chocolate Or Vanilla Mousse

A light, smooth & creamy pudding delight

Delicious Belgium chocolate 

Fresh Fruit Cocktail Cake with Cream

Vanilla cake topped with fresh fruit & whipped cream.

Carrot Cake

Devilishly divine & good for you too.

New York Cheese Cake

A baked cheese cake served with delicious blueberries & fresh whipped cream

Pecan Pie

Our pastry chefs own nutty recipe crowned in whipped cream.

Fruit Fondue

Selection of seasonal fresh fruit dipped in warm Belgium chocolate.

Chocolate Fountain

A delight to watch as you dip your chosen item(s) into that smooth chocolate stream, for either a touch or a drenching of that oh-so-good chocolate. For dipping, choose from a selection of seasonally fresh fruit & cookies.

All Rates are per person & subject to change. Menus & menu item' rates are plus suggested 10% gratuity and Goods & Service tax.
