We invite you to discuss your particular catering needs with our staff. All meals are prepared on board to ensure they are served fresh and hot.
What something extra special for having your main graduation event celebration and cruise?
See below our suggested Deluxe Graduation Menu. It includes an extra hour of cruising time, to be greeted upon boarding with a glass of **champagne (non-alcoholic for dry grads). There will be plenty of time to dance & party while enjoying a multiple-course menu of appetizers, a triple main entree dinner buffet, a dessert table buffet, and end-of-evening tasty palate pleasers.
Please Note: Dinner Menus may be used at Lunch time. (Subtract $2.75 pp from Buffet Dinner Rate). .Additional dessert options are found under the Desserts section & are interchangeable. All salads are interchangeable, with an extra salad being $4.00. For an extra main entree, add $6.75 to the more expensive menu. Rates quoted are per person, including gratuity and tax.
Pasta noodles noodles tossed in a scrumptious tomato, fresh Italian herbs and vegetables sauce. Served with grated parmesan cheese.
