Party Dining: Luncheon Buffet Menus

Buffet lunch menus

All menus provided are suggestions & includes gratuity and tax, making it easy to build your graduation cruise package to include a menu of your choice; simply add to your base cruise package. Need help with this? Please contact us.

We invite you to discuss your particular catering needs with our staff. All meals are prepared on board to ensure they are served fresh and hot. 

  • All Dinner & Luncheon Menus are presented by uniformed crew.
  • Our tables are set with table linens, & cloth napkins.
  • To ensure meals are of the finest quality & freshness and, all food is prepared & cooked on board by our very own gourmet chef. 
  • *Unlimited pop is included with a menu on dry grad events of under 19 years of age (Coffee & tea is available for parent or teacher chaperones). For college or university grads, fresh brewed coffee & tea can be substituted for pop.  See Beverages section for optional beverage upgrades. 
  • For optional add-on of appetizers or alternate suggested appetizer dinner menus (great for reception-style graduation events), see the Appetizers/menus section.

Please Note: Desserts are optional add-ons to luncheon menus (see Desserts section). Dinner Menus may be used at Lunch time. (Subtract $2..75 pp from Buffet Dinner Rate).  All salads are interchangeable, with a extra salad being $4.00. For an extra main entree, add $6.50 to the more expensive menu. Rates quoted are per person, including gratuity and tax.
