Company Dining: Dinner Buffet Menus

Dinner Menus Served Buffet-Style

All menus provided are suggestions and are in addition to your private boat's hourly charter rates. 

If you wish to obtain a cruise package that includes a menu, please contact us.

We invite you to discuss your particular catering needs with our staff. All meals are prepared on board to ensure they are served fresh and hot.

  • All Dinner & Luncheon Menus are presented by uniformed crew and include unlimited prepared fresh brewed coffee & tea service. For other beverages available, see Beverages section.
  • Our tables are set with table linens, cloth napkins, and decorated with a fresh flower centerpiece.
  • To ensure meals are of the finest quality & freshness and, all food is  &cooked on board by our very own gourmet chef.
  • For optional add-on of appetizers or alternate suggested appetizer dinner menus (great for reception-style events), see the Appetizers section. 


If you would like to entertain your guests with a full evening of food service while enjoying sights & sounds of cruising around Vancouver's harbors, see the suggested Corporate Deluxe Menu below; a multiple-course menu of appetizers, triple main entree dinner buffet, a dessert table buffet, and  end-of-evening palate pleasers.


Please Note: Dinner Menus may be used at Lunch time. (Subtract $2.00 p from Buffet Dinner Rate). .Additional dessert options are found under the Desserts section & are interchangeable. All salads are interchangeable, with an extra salad being $3.00. For an extra main entree, add $5.25 to the more expensive menu. Rates quoted are per person. If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please contact us to discuss possible substitutions.

Suggested high-end menu for a 4 hour dinner cruise event, starting with the service of appetizers, the main dinner buffet to include three main course entrees, a dessert table, than wrapping up the evening with delightful palate pleasers to enjoy with wine & champagne along with the included fresh brewed coffee & tea that is available through-out the evening. All designed to keep your guests happy and entertained, while enjoying good food, each other's company. and the evening's scenic skylines
